When I start the game I don't see sprites that are visible in SceneMode GameMode and CameraPreview

Hi, I am a n00b in Unity and I'm trying to make my first 2D game.

I have background and ground sprites + character sprites, but when I start the game I only see defualt sky and character sprite rest of the things dissapear?!

Help please

I see everything in Game preview but when I start the game I only see player
