Navigating GUI with _ONLY_ keyboard?

Hi!

My question is probably quite simple -

Is there anyway to "disable" the ability to use the mouse when navigating through an GUI?

I'm doing a 2D sidescroller, and at the moment I can navigate through both mouse and keyboard, but id like it to be ONLY keyboard.
