Unity animation tools
Hi, I started developing a small 2D quiz game to learn gamedev. I'm an experienced developer so I managed to implement all the basic features without touching the esthetic part of the game.
My goal is to add some magical effects and dynamic backgrounds to the UI that I've already built using Unity Components.
I've already searched everywhere but I didn't find a straight and accurate answer but all the available help seem to be talking about character animation. I know about unity particle system and animation tools but I doesn't seem to be enough to make beautiful animations. And since I've never touched any animation or graphic design tool, I'm a bit lost about how to approach this step and tools to use. So my question is :
Is it wise to use external tools like Adobe CC ? if so what tools do you recommend ? else can I get some resources to guide me through this step to make some beautiful animated buttons, icons and backgrounds.
Note : I'm an absolute beginner on graphic design but I'm willing to learn everything so any advice is highly valuable, thank you kind stranger.
