Unity 5.3.1P2 Patch Download Assistance Tool issue

Why the Unity 5.3.1P2 Download Assistance Tool so solw? For the download Path, I want specify my own Path, so I can share the downloaded setup files with team members after downloaded, but once this option is selected, the tool halt at the next screen, no download progress prompted. Has ever waitted no less than 10 mins, still no response.

My environment is windows 7, already have Unity 5.3.1p2 install, and I'm using this download tool to download other platform support, so only selected windows support, Android support and iOS support package.

Please help.
