Can you create a dynamic box collider?
Hey Y'all.
I'm creating a 2d platformer and I was wondering if there was a way to get a hurt box to change size with the animation. Currently I am using a box collider but it leads to issues were the box (green box) doesn't line up with the animation because of the weird shape of my characer (A Dodo bird is not really that boxy).
I can't move the the sprite to fit because other we the animations won't work / lineup.
I have tried to get it working as well as I can, but I am pushing the limits here.
My current solutions are:
Make a dynamic hurt box (What I am asking to do here).
Change the art and animation to something more suited for a video game. (This means the tone / style / aesthetic of the game suffering as well)
So any help here would be greatly appreciated!
