Failed to recompile android resource files.

Question

I'm trying to get Google Play Services set up for my game, but when I build it it says, "Failed to recompile android resource files." Does anyone know how to fix this error? I have JDK 1.8.0_25 Installed, and I have a windows operating system. I'm really clueless right now, and I'd love any ideas on how to fix this issue.
