Scrollbar scrolls but doesn't change content

I'm using a scroll bar to be able to scroll to see more content. But I don't know why but my scroll bar doesn't scroll.

Here's my hierarchy :

Content has a lot of gameobject by group of 3 : label,slider and input. Validate Scoring is to validate my UI.

My ScrollRect looks like this :

So, I can scroll, but the content shown is not scrolled. Any idea why ?
