Splashscreen problem on iOS
The iPad shows for a few seconds this screen and then continues to the Unity Splashscreen. Is there any way to resolve this ? This is really a big problem as an app like this probably won't be accepted by the AppStore.
I don't know if it is normal or not, but the logo animation isn't shown.
Is there a way to switch from the animated logo to a static unity personal splashscreen ? -- because I think that's what's causing this problem.
Thank you!
I seriously doubt a loading screen would affect your chances of getting accepted to the AppStore - especially if it's just a few seconds, and it's Apple's loading icon. What is the exported size of your game? Are you testing an actual package or running it on the Unity app?
@Addyarb I'm installing it directly on the device using Xcode. Apple has strict Guidelines, but even if it does get accepted its not a good thing for a paid game and it will take away a lot from the quality perception of a user. $$anonymous$$y app is 110mb. Is there anything I must change or do in xcode ? I forgot to say: the logo is not animated (i don't know if thats normal on iOS). Btw. Thank you for replying !
@Addyarb Also notice the black boarder at the right-- the blue background doesn't cover the full screen.
