Why does this keep happening?

For some reason, this keeps happening every single time I try and add a property to my animation. I keep getting this: http://imgur.com/a/UeM5T and I have no idea why. Also, the unity window flickers dark and light gray. Just in case you ask about my PC specs I am running, Unity3d 2017.1.0f3 (Free, non-professional), Windows 10 64-bit, 32GB DDR 4 Ram, Intel i7-6900k Skylake, Samsung Evo 500GB SSD (Unity is installed here), EVGA GTX 1080TI FTW OC, Samsung 4k 28 inch monitor (Main Monitor), Acer 1080p 24inch (Secondary Monitor). Not sure why it keeps happening but it does...
