More efficient way to blood splats on scenario
Hey guys. So, to add that blood splat on the ground, i created a new texture and a new material. The thing is, i'll need to add a lot more and in diferent shapes to the walls, the doors, and everything else. I.E., to make it look like someone draged a body around the hallway, i'll need to make 3 different materials, only for that.
Is that really the only way to do that? Creating new textures and new materials everytime?
Do you already know the best way to do it? I'm interesting in this question too :)
So, what i am doing is:
Open the texture on the Asset Library, it will go to Photoshop directly. Then, i'll do the blood splat there and CTRL+SHIFT+S to save with a diferente name, like "floorBlood1", then i just drag the new texture to the tile i want. It will create a new material automatically, and i just need to set the normal map for it and thats it.
