Pair animations with Game
Hello everyone :)
I have been stuck for 2 weeks now, I'm making an fps game, but is an online one so the characters have a full-body model (I made it in blender), I don't get how am I supposed to animate the character and weapons together, I researched this a lot and the only thing that I found is to animate them separately and play it at the same time put that is such a pain, because every little change that I make messes up the animation for everything, for example, when I aim I need to make sure that my hands are pointing to the right front but if a change a little the animation all the reload and shooting animation messes up, I think there should be a better form to make this. PLEASE I would really appreciate if you can help me :)

maybe you could make a model with multiple skins and depending on what weapon it will be that model this might be more work but it avoids forcing to animate them at the same time
Thank you for replying:), would that affect the performance of the game? or would it be the same? (I'm planning to implement 10 weapons)
