How do I file a bug? Issue Tracker web page does not seem to have UI for that.

Question

It looks like I'm able to vote on existing bugs, but I can't file a new one. I have two separate Asus Zenbooks that had similar installation issues (5.2.2) that I wanted to report. I couldn't repro on an HP z420 desktop, so it seems specific to those two laptops.

You submit through the Unity Editor.

Go to https://unity3d.com/unity/qa/bug-reporting and read the instructions

Thanks. I also found that there was an app called "Report a Problem with Unity" that showed up when I typed "Unity" on the Start Menu.
