Freezing effect on camera

Hi,

Anyone know how I could get a good freezing effect in the camera?

A good texture I could fade in or shader, script, or something else?

Cheers.

Thanks for the input, Imagine looking through a window and if starts to freeze, you slowly see the ice crystals for$$anonymous$$g and the glass goes frosty so your view goes out of focus, that the kind of effect I'm after.

In addition to the fade effect; you can create an animation in Photoshop etc... for the cracking glass effect, as 5 frames for example, then control them with variables.

moray 1396, Yeah that's what I was thinking to, but not to good in old Photoshop, I've been googling looking for a texture sheet, no luck so far.

there are many brushes or tutorials around, it will be hard to find suitable for your needs.

Thanks for those links, what I'm thinking now is to have the effect of looking through the iced window and having the view get distorted in real time, so I think a shader is aha I'm looking for, maybe with a good frosted image of the shader to use ??
