How to play a sound ONCE when the gameObject tagged as , "Player" enters the trigger ?

I'm a real amateur at coding but was interested.I seen a similar question but it was pretty outdated, is there still anybody who can help me trigger my sound when the game Object, assumed as player were to trigger it? Mine plays without Triggering it and how can you put sounds on only one ear, because my game is for the blind.
