HDRP render texture
Recently i upgraded to HDRP and in the next build of my project i noticed that my Render Textures on my UI elements do not appear in my build. There is no evidence that they exist. Fully transparent. I made a new project to test it and tried the combinations of my 2 installed versions 2019.3.0b11 and 2019.3.0f1 and HDRP 7.1.5 and 7.1.6. They all have the issue. It's simple to reproduce. I have a camera targeting the render texture. The render texture is put into the Texture slot of a raw image. It shows up in the editor but not in the build. It showed up in both the editor and the build until updating to HDRP. I did try fiddling with it as a material but gave up because it seemed to be not correct. Pls halp.
I Installed Unity 2019.2.15f1 which is on HDRP 6.9.0. The issue does not exist with this project. I don't know what to do :|
Also, back testing my 2019.3.0f1 with HDRP 7.1.6. After making the build where the render texture myseriously vanishes, the scene needs to be reloaded for the raw texture component to have graphics in the editor again.
I got some more time and confirmed that the camera and render texture settings are exactly the same between the old version where it worked and the new version where it doesn't. Render textures on the UI simply do not render with HDRP on the latest versions. I'm gonna get in contact with Unity :| seeing how nobody knows the answer and i've asked on discords as well.

Unity accepted it as a bug: issuetracker.unity3d.com/product/unity/issues/guid/1204872
