How to fix messed Blender Animation?

Hello, I have this model I made in Blender and it has an animation. It looks like this:

So then I export into blender and gets messed up! I have tried applying location, rotation and even un-parenting all the objects in blender but then Blender has a problem and screws up the animation:

This look fine in Unity but Blender is the problem. Has anyone ran into this problem? Help would be great.
