Can I create animations programmatically?

I want to start a series of videos and want to add animations of objects in those. Unity has come up as a possible solution for what I need to do, but I am not sure whether it gives me the ability of doing what I need to do. I would like to create all my animations using code:

Ability to create objects to animate in code.
Ability to animate objects in code.
Ability to move the cams in code.
Ability to edit the scene and environment in code.
Ability to run my scene and record it and export it.

Can I do that in Unity?
