How do you make a 2D char. dodge and move to his original spot?
I'm having a hard time trying to implement what I think is a basic 2D movement. I tried to use 2D inputs and restrict the movements with if and else statements but nothing has worked. I'm fairly new in Unity and have been learning C# for a few months. Can anyone at least guide me in the right direction? This is how I want it to turn out. [https://i.imgur.com/O4Gf77g.jpg]

do you use animatior for your character? when yes search for blendtrees
