Upon hitting Play, my character creates a new Audio Source Component
Hello!
I am relatively new to Audio Source inner workings, however I have not been able to find another person anywhere on the internet.
My First Person Character is from standard assets, along with its movement script and sounds. However I have a issue where upon hitting play, my character will make no movement sound, as it gains a new audio source (not a duplicate, it comes with default settings), and therefore completely mutes it.
I can't get rid of the original audio source, as it says the script relies on it. Is there something I can do to fix this?
We need to see the script, to see why an audio source is being created.
Here it is, it is Unity's Standard Asset. link text
I just took a look at that script, and it doesn't require, or create an audio source, so this must be occurring from another script.
