Multiplayer for Android/iOS platforms

Hello, I would like to know, what is the best and easiest way to create a cross platform game ( fo Android & iOS), is there any cool plugin or asset at the store? how complicated is to implement it in order to have a real time refreshing battle between the devices? Thank you very much for the help!
