AssetStore - Item used in a project that I want to sell
Hi!
I am currently developing a little game for android. For this game I bought an Asset from the AssetStore, I only needed the graphics of that Asset (not the scripts etc.), since I do not develop using Unity (atleast not for this specific project).
I want to sell the source-code of that game (the whole project) and of course some graphics from the Asset that I bought will be included. I tried google but I didn't got a clear answer, that is why I am asking here: Would this be allowed or not?

If the graphics are made by the developer of that asset, then you obviously can't randomly sell it.

Please read the whole text, I do not want to resell the Asset on itself (which would not be allowed), I want to sell the complete sourcecode, in which parts of the graphics from the Asset that I bought is used.

I think there's a misunderstanding here.
You want to sell the complete source code ALONG with that guy's graphics. Right? That's what I meant. You can't sell it because the graphics might not come with resale license.
Obviously, you can go ahead and ask the dev. of the graphics to see if he/she allows you to do so.

As I said, I do not want to randomly resell parts of the Asset itself, I want to resell the sourceode of the project that I am working on in which some graphics of that Asset (which I bought) are included.

Let me get this straight then.
You want to sell your own project source code that INCLUDES graphics from an asset you bought even though you didn't use the codes.
Let me capitalize the next part.
I $$anonymous$$NOW YOU ARE NOT TRYING TO RESELL ONLY THAT GUY'S GRAPHICS. YOU ARE INCLUDING THE GRAPHICS IN YOUR OWN PROJECT SOURCE COD$$anonymous$$
And it doesn't matter because you're still selling that guy's graphics even if the graphics isn't the main theme of your own asset. It's your game, your source codes, your project BUT NOT YOUR GRAPHICS.
That is unless you ask the dev. to see if there's a resale license for you to use.
