sorry, but the reason for you getting so low score in this forum is because your question isnt a "simple answerable question" about Unity. You need to pinpoint exactly what part of a function or program you dont know. Its not a tutorial community. Check for normal Forum for such.
Go through the Lerpz 3D Tutorial. That'll teach you all the basics of 3rd-person games, which once you understand them, should make it trivial to position the camera at fixed locations in each room, focusing on your guy like in Resident Evil and Silent Hill. There are plenty of models available for characters looking like Jill and Weska, for which you can use Lerpz's punch algorithm for fists and hand-to-hand weapons, and ray casting for shooting the guns; then you'll just need to create or obtain the zombie models from somewhere. Just for Reference ,,There is a Zombie $$anonymous$$odel for free on the UNity Asset Store..If you read or view tutorials on importing Character models and animations into UNITY you will see how easy it is..
