How to create 3D model from lidar readings

Hi,

I am a robotics student doing a college project where i need to change lidar readings in unity and import them.

I need to know how to change them into a 3d model so i can run 3d simulations with the data as the lidar readings will not allow me to do this.

I am very new to using unity .
