File.ReadByte Memory Issue.
Hi So I'm facing a problem where I need to download the images which are present inside the gallery of phone and show those in Unity GUI. Now I'm able to figure out the path of the image that is present inside the device memory. Whenever I try to read the file using
FileReadBytes(path)
My application is facing some memory issue so if the image size are less than 1mb it'll read without going in freeze state. But if the image size is greater which is normally happen in high end device my application freeze for sometime and then load the image or sometime application crash. What I'm looking is to find some smooth line solution where image download without affecting the application like when I download image from online using www. Is there any way I can achieve this? Any help will be aapreciated.
