Overwrite directional light locally with a pointlight

Hello folks,

I'm working on a scene in which I'm trying to mix different kind of lights in a very specific way : - there is one directional light moving around in the air - there is at least one point light also moving around

I'd like to completely overwrite the directional light with the point light where the point light is in effect, without affecting shadows. It's as if the point light is painting the scene over the directional light.

How would I do that ?
