Scene wont Save

Question

1.when i try saving my game scene in the file menu all it does is make a "BING" noise which lets me know i cant save and when i exit the program and reopen everything is erased i nedd help wht do i do?

Make sure that you're not in play mode. If play or pause are selected, it wont let you save. I had the same issue.

Are you using an flash usb ? and trying to save on it ?

Right click on unity icon -> propertise -> compatibillity -> uncheck all.
