Accessing Unity Assets (SFX) as .WAV FILES? Having Trouble Downloading + Importing Assets

Trying to download SFX for my project. They will be used outside of Unity. I only came across the platform when I was searching for SFX online.

Anyway, I've gotten as far as locating the Assets in the Unity Hub, and downloading them.

Once it finishes downloading, it says "Import".

I try to hit import but the screen is just blank:

Here are the directions I was given to by the Customer Service agent at Unity:

"Once you have downloaded your assets, they can be found in the following locations:

Windows - User>AppData>Roaming>Unity> Asset Store".

But I don't have any path like the one stated here. But I am not even able to get to that point because I can't import.

Has anyone had this issue, and what should I do?

And once they are imported. Can I access them as .WAV files or do they get saved as a different file type?
