different screens and cropping problem

i have an image that look like this in unity: ][2]

but in my htc desire 500 mobile phone look like this,even in my tablet:

it crops a lot,in landscape mode is better but i have the same problem,how should i solve this?change the camera position or the scale of the objects؟and how?thanks.
