Wrong position when deploying as WebGL
Hi!
I got a problem with the start position of the player in the week 4 platformer (Create with Code Live) when I deploy it as WebGL. In Unity it is positioned correctly. Anybody else got the same issue and a solution for it? I know that I could set an offset for the position, but that doesn't seem like a practical solution.
Kind regards
Bernhard
Hi Did you get an answer to your problem? I'm having the same problem. I have a very simple game with a very simple image. I build the game using WebGL and I observe the screen position in WebGL has nothing to do with the position set in the game. It seems to pick a default. The WebGL image responds to scale. So if I scale the image to 0.1 it shrinks in WebGL but when I move to -400 or +400, nothing happens the image just stays in the same position. It seems that some settings create circumstance whereby the UI image position in the game has nothing to do with the image position in the WebGL build. Seems quite remarkable such a counter intuitive behaviour is so hard to find a solution for.
