Character model prefab instantiation becomes a huge skeleton
I have a system where a script instantiates a prefab and assign an animator. Everything works fine with the other character models from Synty Studios. However, when I try to instantiate a character prefab from the Vikings series, the character ends up looking like the image below.
I have checked the import settings and avatar, and it is set like all the other character prefabs that works. When dragging the static prefab model into the scene, it looks fine.
