Importing fbx model problem
Hi there! I've imported model from Blender to Unity. And here is what happens.
with no errors or warnings...

Did you check face normal ? Check your triangles number in Unity ? Check your modifiers ? Remove duplicate vertices can help too.
Does it have a skeleton rig? $$anonymous$$aybe those settings are messed up for some reason. What about exporting it as OBJ, or isn't that possible with Blender?
Have you tried to recalculate normals? Enter edit mode, select all vertices (by pressing "a"), go to "Shading/UVs" and press "Recalculate"

Try bake your animations as vertex animations on export from blender. I'm almost certain you're applying animations of a kind Unity3d currently doesn't support.
