Unity Webplayer Issues

the content was stopped because a fatal content error has been detected a problem has caused unity web player to close unexpectedly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I wanted to know if this may be because of my video card because I am pretty sure I was able to play with this drive installed before. So I don't know what bug report you need but please let me know asap. Thank you for your time

Just so you know before you suggest..... I have tried to use this program on more than one web browser including, including internet explorer, firefox, google chrome. I uninstalled firefox and reinstalled. I have restarted my laptop each time I installed and uninstalled a program. I have even cleared the cache of the browsers and the unity web player again with restarting the computer... I want to point out where exactly I was first trying to use the downloaded player and that was familyguyonline.com.... I was able to create a character when they first launched the character beta. but now it crashes each time so I don't believe its the video card... I have also updated the video card to the most up to date driver.... So out of everything I have done... Please give me a step by step on what to do...... Again I do not know what you want from the bug report so please spacifiy thank u
