Projectile not rendering for client when moving too fast

moving at slow speeds the game works fine but when the players begin approaching top speed in the game the clients bullets are no longer visible to the client until they slow down again. Host has no problems at all. Sent a test copy of the game to a friend who has a better computer than I do to see if its my rig, but they had the same issue. I have been working on this for days, and I need sleep please help!
