Default sky box does not appear in the scene view

Hello Guys, I am working on Unity 2019.3.7f1 And I can not see the default sky box in the scene view So ,Can you help me with this ?? Thank you :D

Do you have Camera's "Clear Flags" field set as "Skybox"?
