How do I edit assets?,How do I change Assets

I need help changing an asset I downloaded as a template for a school project (not to be published in any way shape or form) The asset is Guess Flag Game I'm trying to make it about The Horseshoe Crab. All I need to do is change the Questions, Answers, and Background. I'm still learning about unity, but if anyone can help I'd appreciate it.
