Running Android build from Unity 2018_4_2f1. Build succeeds but doesn't create APK in target directory

I have been trying to build Android build from Unity 2018_4_2f1. Build succeeds with no error. And when i go to target directory chosen for APK. APK doesn't exist there. Tried to follow following posts didn't help.
