Wheels WaterSplash Effect

Hi I ask you how can i create a watersplash effect when a car wheel collides with a water surface. The water splash effect must instantiate only if the wheel is entering the trigger. In fact, i have a truck, but i think it's the same thing :). if can anyone help me write please. bye
