3D character simulator
Hi, For my university project i want to design a simulator for deaf people as a windows pc application. in this system user can input a sentence as a text input. then system read the sentence word by word and at the run time automatically animate the 3D model based on input text. but actually i dont have an idea how to search and bind fbx or any animation file with a 3d model.
ps: here is an example and expected output should be like this : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-NfQGMrqEWY
please help me,...... thank you....
So you want us to do this for you?
Not gonna happen :)
First you may want to learn sign language, second you need ta make a character with a ALOT of animations, Third you need to build the API that makes this app run in unity based on Input and etc.
the scripting API may be difficult you need to interpret input string as a series of animations.
just Google 3ds max rigging tutorials for the animation stuff.
