How to get Cloud Build REST API's API KEY?

Hi, folks.

I want to use Cloud Build REST API from my CI environment. But I couldn't get how to get API KEY on web console, and also couldn't find any documents that mentions about it.

Are APIs deprecated now? Do anybody know any documents about it?
