The star will only show if i got 100 points which is my goal I tried anything but it doesnt work, can someone help me?

This is my code below, All i need is when i got 1-50 points only 2 star will apppear, but it doesnt appear.

But when i reach 100 which is my goal, the star will appear 3 star.Please HELP me
