Visual Studio 2010 Professional, Missing System.Web assembly reference

Assets/Code/weave/GUI/dashboard.cs(3,14): error CS0234: The type or namespace name Web' does not exist in the namespace System'. Are you missing an assembly reference?

I followed the steps of adding system.web to the references but I am getting that error still. any ideas on what I am missing?

I solved it by changing player setting by allowing Full .net 2.0
