Found out the solution.
Android Touch input not working.
Okay, So i've seen other people having this same problem but i still can't get it to work.
I've upgraded to 5.0.1, i made a fresh project and imported the cross platform input asset, I have no custom plugins and i've updated everything in my android SDK.
Everything worked fine in unity 4 so i tought that it might be something with the new cross platform input so i brought over some older scripts from unity 4 but they still wouldn't work.
Also, Unity remote 4 doesn't work for me either.
I have no idea whats going on and i need help with this.
I just tried using Input.mousePosition on some game objects and that works just fine. But any touch inputs won't get registered :/

Try To Enable Mobile Inputs (Somewhere In Upper Options) In Unity 5.
If you mean the mobile input tab that comes with the cross platform input then yes, i've already enabled it and it still doesn't work.

One of the best solution is to rebuild all the scene in a new project!
Like i said, I made a fresh project and it still didnt work. However, I made a second canvas and then deleted it, which got everything working. I have no idea why that fixed it, $$anonymous$$aybe a bug?
