Drawing line on UI and transform it 3d line

Hi, I am a newbie and I need to replica this game "car draw 3D" for my job application. The idea of this game is drawing a line in UI and it transforms into 3d line car model in the game. alt text

How can I do this mechanic? With using line renderer and meshes or something else?

Can someone explain the steps as soon as possible, thank you.
