Unity3D / Firebase Analytics: Missing Google Play Services Updated Security Provider
so i have made an application, developed in unity, which is using google firebase analytics (unity3d integration). Google Firebase needs the GooglePlaySerive to be uptodate, as you can see here (https://firebase.google.com/docs/unity/setup) under step05. We integrated everything as suggested.
After a security scan we get the notification, described in the header: "Missing Google Play Services Updated Security Provider". This means, that the google play service has to be checked if its uptodate on app start (probably not the same like the step05 thing above), but we cant figure out how to achieve this, because there is no obvious unity3d guide.
On our research we saw content and how to implement the code from the android developer page (https://developer.android.com/training/articles/security-gms-provider), but not when developing in unity3d.
Google has a lot of differend services and integration for unity3d but it seems this one doesnt take a part.
We also included the googlegameservice.unitypackage into the project (GoogleAnalytics basically dont need this package, but we thought maybe there would be a chance to resolve or implement the security provider part), see (https://github.com/playgameservices/play-games-plugin-for-unity).
So my questions are:
Is there a chance to resolve this in unity?
Do we probably have to build a gradle project and integrate it in android studio?
Has someone experience with this Topic or similar experiences, or resources to provide?
Thank you very much for your help or ideas. Please comment, if you need more specific information!
