High Definition Render Pipeline Asset command doesn't exist
This is driving me crazy. Every single example on how to upgrade to HDRP asks to do this: Create an HDRP Asset by selecting Assets > Create > Rendering > High Definition Render Pipeline Asset. However, that button DOESN'T EXIST.
My project was upgraded many times, and was already in HDRP previously, but now, it doesn't display practically at all.
I tried downgrading to 2019.2, but that has made no difference, along with restarting and updating the add-ons.

Well i am on the same page, haven't found it anywhere even tho i have latest version of unity.
