Interaction with Objects in VR, massive Objects
Hello their, Because I tried a lot of different ways and none of that worled well, I try to ask you guys direcetly.
I wanna create a place for sorting bars, vertical poles should hold the horizontal sorted bars. So far so easy. As long I have grabbed the horizontal bar which should be sorted in, I can move them through the vertical bars. The vertical bars should stop the movement so the user has to rise the horizontal bar above the vertical pole and release it then.
I wanna stop the possiblity of movement through the poles along I have grabbed the bars too. Is their a way?
I tried it with this script:
void OnCollisionEnter(Collision collision) { if (collision.gameObject.name == "StangeTest") // if(gameObject.CompareTag("Gerüst")) { GetComponent().velocity = Vector3.zero; } }
As well as with the standard rigidbody, collider, interacable script and fix the position and rotatio nof the pole., I know thats a very naughty way but even that worked out.
