How can I instantiate a list in a gameobject in a scene in edit mode, and have that list persists when I press play and then after I exit play?
For example, I have an [ExecuteAlways] script on a gameobject, which I use to create a grid of walkable and non-walkable tiles. When I start the game, another script should read from the list of tiles in the firt object and do stuff with it.
The list is only edited through code, not in the inspector.
