Potential suspension of your Unity license

We are a development services organisation and have been using Free Unity version in the past to experiment and build POC for our own evaluation and understanding of the capability of the platform. Recently we have been informed that we need to upgrade our license to Pro version to prevent our account being suspended. One of our POC was giving us issues with regard to rendering of 360 videos and we therefore bought a player plugin from the unity store. Does this poise a problem?

We are trying to understand how the licensing works and if there is indeed an issue how do we proceed?
