How to Define in-app purchases on analytics dashboard

I am looking to be able to define my in-app purchases through the dashboard and update/ add to them without having to submit new binary. I see the ability to do so is on the Analytics dashboard monetization tab marked Define in-app purchases beta". When I check the current manual for documentation, I find a dead link for "Purchasing Configuration Builder." I am curious if there is a new way to do this that is similar to the deprecated: IStoreController.FetchAdditionalProducts I am excited that this is a possibility. Thanks
