Unity Standart Shader not working on android.

Unity Standart Shader not working on android. I have two directional light and two layer for objects. One directional light perfecly fine reflections render graphic works but other only light work no reflection normal map not work.

How to fix it ? I almost spend five hours to test every setting still not work. I tried with one directional light still not work. Tested different textures , different texture sizes, different render settings not worked either.

Default Settings of Unity nothing changed.
